To shop with us, you must have completed our registration process. On registration, you will be asked to choose a password. It is entirely your responsibility to keep this password confidential. Any activities that occur under your user ID and password are entirely your responsibility. By shopping or browsing on this site , you acknowledge that you have read , understood and agreed to be bound by this agreement , and the other policies displayed on this site.

If Winalot believes that you are providing untrue , inaccurate or incomplete information , we may choose to suspend or terminate your account. Winalot will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from the failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

Stock Availability

Some Special Stocks of Winalot are limited. Winalot shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that when a particular item is no longer available , that offers thereof are discontinued. However , should items still be offered after stocks are sold out and Winalot is unable to fulfil the orders placed at advertised prices , Winalot shall only be liable to refund the amount paid by you for such product.


Winalot shall take reasonable efforts to accurately indicate prices. However , should products be erroneously offered at incorrect prices , Winalot will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid should you not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price.

Placing of Orders

Any orders that you place will be by way of transaction via the Winalot website or via our call centre – (010 207 1814).


You can pay with either Mastercard or Visa credit cards. All prices include VAT. You can also pay via internet transfer into our bank account and faxing or emailing through your proof of payment with your order number as reference.

Orders will only be dispatched once the payment reflects in our account.


Delivery charge is calculated on checkout, but please contact us to confirm the delivery charge should you feel uncertain. Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address selected on checkout. If you are unable to be present at the delivery of the parcel please ensure that a 3rd party is made available to accept the delivery. Ensure that this person has Identification and a letter signed by the purchaser giving the necessary authority for the 3rd party to collect on behalf of the purchaser.


We offer a 7 day money back satisfaction guarantee. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched , complete with all packaging , manuals (where applicable) , guarantee and gift box and in a re saleable state. In the case of DVD Sales, please ensure the item is returned within 7 days to receive refund/ replacement. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return. The items remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by a Winalot agent or representative. The cost of transportation incurred in returning the item or items to the Winalot offices is borne by the customer. If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus delivery charges. Only initial purchase is free of handling charge.

Collections is only availible for orders above R500.


If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Should you cancel your order after your item has been dispatched, the delivery charge will not be refunded. You will also be liable for the transport cost to return the item.


Although we will offer you the best service we possibly can , we make no promise that our online shopping services will entirely meet your requirements , or that the service will be uninterrupted , timely , or error free.


Apart from the provisions of sections 45(5) and 43(6) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, neither Winalot nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damages , loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use this website or the services or content provided from and through this website. Furthermore, Winalot makes no representations or warranties , implied or otherwise , that , amongst others , the content and technology available from this website are free from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free. Users are encouraged to report any possible malfunctions and errors to us by logging it to enquiries.winalot@gmail.com

This website is supplied on an “as is” basis and has not been compiled or supplied to meet the user’s individual requirements. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts.
